Need best E*TRADE deal!

Hey... I'm looking to finally opening an account with E*TRADE... (or possibly another brokerage)... anyone know the BEST deals? I know there used to be $400 free for opening an account, but that was in the days of internet companies getting trillions in funding for any stupid idea.

Best I've seen around is GC to Buy.com or Zones.com for $100. Anything better?
