Decided to order a DJ-20 MP3 PLayer with some accessories, used a handy $25 off Dellf code. Decided later I didn't want one of my accessories (FM tuner) called to cancel it and only it. Dell wound up cancelling my ENTIRE order instead. No explanation. No reasons given. Dell decided they didn't want my business. I tried resolving it through their Customer Service Chat...no luck there, it's OFFLINE. Tried emailing Customer Service...been five days later, just automated responses telling me they'll get to me eventually.
Got sick of it all and called their Customer Service line, after 30 minutes on the phone they said couldn't do anything for me and had no idea why my orders were cancelled. Dell said that the only thing I could do was re-order the whole thing all over again! This meant getting a later ship date and possibly losing my original $25 discount. Told them to forget the whole thing.
The experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth. I have serious doubts about buying anything from Dell ever again. :censored:
