Go here...
https://home.sirius.com/webDUWI/HomePage.aspx
Type code 070 in the box, click go, you should see at least one of the radios available drop to a ZERO price. Add to cart, pick your 1 year plan, and shipping prefs and you're all set.
If you are already a subscriber and you have a login it will drop your yearly sub price to about $83, if not it will be $142.
See ya.. Don't know when this runs out...

code 450 brings the first one down to $79.99, other then that I am tired of trying random codes. :)

Ripped this from w2n at FW. He went from from 001 to 999!

112,113,114 = same as 111
253 = same as 111
129 = Dish SR200 for $99
171 = XACT for Car $79.99; JVC KT-SR2000 for $79.99
334 – 400 = same as 171
447, 451-465, 467-470 = same as 171

i got in on it using 063.
BE WARNED: the online ordering process took me to a page that had me call in to complete the order process. IT TOOK THREE HOURS and THREE PHONE CALLS. i don't know if it was "let's start a bunch of newbies" day at sirius or what. the first guy couldn't get my personal info entered. the second (and longest call, i spent most of the hour and a half on hold) couldn't get the deal entered, and the third guy had to keep putting me on hold to ask how to do things. in the middle somewhere i asked the operators to mute me instead of sticking me on hold with the insipid xmas music. to his credit the third guy had a sense of humor and worked hard to get me set up.
Man, the hell that Santa has to go through! :eek3:

Sorry I tested it before I posted it and it worked fine for me. My apologies. I didn't complete the order as I already have one. I doubted it was a one time use due to the short number.

If anyone sees the XACT portable player free again, please post it.
Now they are only offering the audiovox car kit for free

Ok, so I would like to buy a Sirius Sportster (unless another Sirius plug and play model displays stocks-which I was told there are none). I see some guy is trying to sell a $100 off coupon code for this model. Does anyone know the code or any codes (these above seem to not work)?

Ok, 112 will take $100 off the Sportster model.-The exact one I wanted when I checked them out at Best Buy. That brings the price to $50. $10 to activate and $10 to ship and a few bucks for tax.....tax?, yes tax. I also bought the lifetime satellite service for $500.

Well, I've been thinking about jumping into sat radio for a while (sick of all the car commercials on regular radio). INeedAVacation, I used the 112 code to get the JVC home and car receiver for $99. Not too bad at all. Hope I really like this. Thanks for the savings.

Well, unfortunately, my deal didn't work out. I had ordered the JVC with a home and car kit for $100 plus the one year pre-paided sub. After five days with no shipping notice, I placed a call into Sirius. The CSR said they were backordered and offered to send me another unit. Unfortunately, she said they only had the Sportster and a Kenwood unit left. I don't care for the Sportster so I went with the Kenwood after she told me the two units were esentially the same except for looks. Well, after doing a little looking online after I got home from work, I discovered that the Kenwood requires a cassette adapter to work in a car. It does not do FM modulation like the JVC did. I called back and cancelled the order. I sure hate it, as it was a really good deal, but their selection of units leaves a lot to be desired right now. I'm just a little aggravated with all the run around I've gotten from them, even though the CSR was very nice. Thanks anyway.

That's too bad it didn't work out better for you. I really get aggrivated too when I have to deal with Cust. Serv. reps. over stuff like that.
I received my Sportster a few days after ordering it and its really great. Maybe you should check it out at Best Buy if you havent already played with it out of the box. It has an FM Mod in it and wokers really well with my cheap deck. The only drawback I have so far is just that it is a little bulky. But then, I like how it has a big screen so...
Oh, and also, you can only have it 'remember' 20 songs. It would be nice if it could remember more.

My boss is an audiophile and he was looking at the specs of the FM Modulator vs. Cassette adapter and he said the Cassette adapter would give much better sound quality because the FM modulator was not as good.

I think he may be right; the fm modulator is more versitile though, not everyone has a cassette player in their autos now.

I got the module, hooked up to the back of my head unit, it sounds great.
The FM module is great, because you can bring it to any car and it'll work. My setup will only work in my truck and thats it. I can't bring it to my gf's car, or my parents vehicle etc, can't use it at home, or at work with the boombox...

I think their are a few different ones with the FM broadcast built in. Some might be better than others, I will have to look into it. If you have a crappy stock system you will probably not notice the FM broadcast over the tape, but if you have a nice after market system you will notice the loss of highs and lows.

yeah, like if you have a high quality bose sound system in your pathfinder you'd notice it =P
but I doubt you'd notice it in my fathers lebaron
