No I certainly dont think G|Aer's are stupid. I dont think you can read either.
This is not the same system. This is a 3.0 GHz, that is a 2.8 GHz. There is also no $150 REBATE to wait 2 months for. Furthermore, you can get this system BEFORE CHRISTMAS from me. I DONT CHARGE TAX
So since you also need help with math, let me break it down for you.

DellSB deal: Slower system, long wait for big rebate, slow shipping.
$499 + $30 (for 3.0 upgrade) + $52.99 (TAX) - $150 (Rebate) = $431 (if you want to add 2 day shipping, it costs even more.

From Me: Faster system, no rebate, 2nd day shipping, no tax: $399
