This past Sunday around noontime, I heard a thump at the front door and then the doorbell rang. I had company so I was close by, I open the door and I see this hot chic walking away and then getting into a US mail truck. I didn’t realize they where delivering on Sunday for the holidays.

you should have asked the hot chick to stay a while.

Yeah, I could have told my wife she was helping me open the package.

I have that beat. About a month ago, I had a package from FedEx delivered via taxi at around 10:30 PM!

They have very very limited service on Sundays. Mostly low-level, new employees who get forced into it or a few who opt to because they might get time and a half.
My dad works for the USPS. No postal jokes, please.

Sunday service is usually for those next day deliveries...

I was at the Post Office yesterday and some guy in a FedEx uniform walks up to the counter, sets down a pile of packages and leaves. Are they using the USPS too?

Sunday service is usually for those next day deliveries... Mine was that new "If it fits in this box we will deliver it for $8" shipping. I think it took like four days.
