Got taken by Reel.com

after buying a DVD(last year I may add) I received a $20 certificate for $20 towards a DVD. Well, I pre-ordered Metallica S&M. it ended up getting cancelled in like April or May(after Metallica didn't release it). Soon after Buy.com melded with Reel.com. Now my old certificate code doesn't work(for buy.com), reel.com doesn't have any posted phone numbers(one that they previosuly usedt is now a recording that says "email them for support"), and for 2 months I have been emailing them(giving them my old code). Absolutely no response. When I called Buy.com, they said I had to resolve it with Reel.com, myself(not their responsibility). Any ideas guys?

Metallica did release the S&M DVD. I rented and received it through Netflix anyway. Wasnt anything special. As for the phone number for reel.com, I did a whois on reel.com:

Much obliged. where did you do the search? Too bad the DVD wasn't so hot. I waited forever to see it(which I never did).

I went to register.com and typed in reel.com. It then says that the name is taken and you just click on it for the info.
