HELP! Visa/MC Guaranteed Cards????

Anyone got links to Visa or MC deals that offer guaranteed approval? Helping a friend re-establish credit.

no matter what you do don't do the "Instant Approval" thingies....They may tell you right away whether you're approved or not, but they charge you mad fees (program fee, service fee, approval fee, annual fee, etc..) My friend got a new card that way and he already had a $120 ballance when he received the card.

A lot of the cards which I have seen make you put down a block of money first and then deduct from that. It is kind of like a debit card if you want to think about it.
