Worked for me! I got the Palm and then sold it on E-bay :-). About cancelling the year subscription. I think that there was a post somewhere in the forums stating that they would E-mail you a reminder and you can cancel at that time. I am not 100% sure about the logistics of the process. Might want to check with them.

how long did it take for you to get the certificate from red gorilla and then how long for the palm to get to you from handango.com? the palm m100, right?
