This one bidder bid on my item (stick of ram) 4 times over the course of 5 days and then he finnaly won the auction, He was obviously there for the end of auction because he put in a bid close to the end. It's two days since it ended and he still didn't pay, if he doesnt pay tmrw I am going to relist it or give it second chance to the next highest bidder.
damn people who don't pay for what they buy

Well 2 days ain't really much... maybe he has been gone for the holidays or something
I'd say... give him at least a week (of course.. no shipping until he pays).
People are really busy with weird schedules right now... I'd give him the benefit of the doubt for just a lil bit longer. :D

i wouldnt really care if he hadn't been there for the end of the auction, if you bid with 30 seconds left, you should be able to pay 30 seconds afterwards right?

Did you send an invoice or request for payment?

SS, he might have had his high bid higher than that, so he technically didn't HAVE to be there, really...

Whoa... 5 days total eh?
You must really be on a tight schedule for the money...
Honestly, 10 business days would be what I would give him... You'll still be within the 30 days for a dispute... plus that would be plenty of time for your buyer to get his act together.
Best suggestion... be patient. :D

Unless you want to eat the final value fees, you need to follow eBay's established procedures, which includes filing an "Unpaid Item Dispute" no less than seven days after the auction closes, followed by another 7 day waiting period to file for a refund of your final value fees. http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/unpaid-item-process.html
Did you state in your auction description that you require payment within three days? If not, the bidder is well within established eBay rules to wait a full week.

It is worse when you say you accept money orders. I sold an old cell phone and I sent an invoice and waited no responce, then I sent an email asking abot payment. The person said she would send it the next day I waited 2 weeks still no Money order in the mail. I emailed her many times and no response. I went through the non-paying bidder steps, and then relisted it. The good thing is I got about 10 dollars higher when I relisted it.
