I bought this drive about a month ago and I am very pleased. There is several firware hacks that allow for faster ripping, setting booktype, etc. I actally bought a sony drive a couple of days before I found this one and took back the sony. It is awesome, imo.

Btw, I have not burned one coaster after about 40 burns, even with the hacked firmware.
