eh, not bad.. Especially for something retail. Dell sometimes has better deals but if you need it now you may be set. I would make sure to research G|A for a good Dell 8400 deal though before you buy.

you can do better with the DELLF 20% off 899 or the 25% off 1499 on a Dell 8400.

That is an older motherboard too. It takes DDR instead of DDR2. Probably is a socket 478 instead of a LGA 775
