If you drink heavy... you pay later: Fact of life! How many days after a "great time partying" were forever lost surviving the after-effects of heavy drinkin' (druggin')? I lost count long ago... prolly 'cause of the cellular pickling effect. I became so good at over-drinking, that I was forced to experiment with all sorts of "ingestible sustances" trying survive the next day. And of course, all the time swearing I would never do THAT again. In Texas, we have some great hot sauces... these were the cornerstone of my hangover med-kit. Also drank Gatorade and any other liquid (no booze yet), that I could slosh down. Once sturdy enough, it was off to find some Mexican food that puts sweat on your brow. A day or a day and 1/2 later, it was time to start planning the next round of fun/self-abuse. It really did get old and I got into too much deep doodoo in them days... so... I Don't drink AT ALL anymore...*hic*.
Okay... how well versed are you in being well hungover and what are YOUR time-tested remedies?
Here's (http://www.soyouwanna.com/site/syws/hangover/hangover.html) some pretty thorough discussion and advice as well.
For those who had a little too much last night... hope ya feel better real soon! :banghead:
Oh yeah... and please don't drink and drive!!!

I'm doing aight and I went to bed at 4. Lots of water before I hit the sack works for me. Also, I got a mini keg of Becks in the fridge to "take the edge off" a bit ;)
Am I the only one in the world that doesn't get hangovers no matter how much alcohol is consumed? I'm Irish, part Native American, and Catholic, if that's considered cheating

When you hurl that just shows that you can't drink

Cheating or not... You're Dam fortunate. During my college days and following our pledge drive parties... well, all of our parties, there were brothers (me included), and little sisters if they happened to still be there the next day :gle: , that wanted to shoot themselves, or at least go get a clean decapitation.

I think you're very much in control most of the time nickel... and that's a compliment.
I'm still surprised that no drunken craziness went on last night. Maybe people are reluctant to share their story. Or maybe most people on these boards are smart enough to know when to taper off. :halo:

I'm not into alcohol so I hardly get drunk. Now married with kid, even less alcohol is consumed. :D
