I just made a pretty good smoothie out of Smirnoff Triple Black, strawberries, ice cubes, yogurt, and 7up Plus....mmmmmmmm
5% alcohol by volume!

It is! I don't think I put in enough ice though....
Does anybody else have any good mixed drink/smoothie style alcoholic drink recepies?

Just about anything fruity that uses Malibu as the mixer works really well. Smoothies are the best.

First, buy some Apple Pucker. Then, use one of these recipes. (http://www.drinksmixer.com/cat/2589/), only adding in some ice. :)

Sweet! Thanks! Anybody else have any favorites? The smoothie machine came with some general ones and I'm sure that I can look some up, but I figured I would give everybody a chance to tell their favorites.
Maybe I'll make them all and have a taste test online...:heh:

If you want something with tons of calories, we use oj, ice cream and coconut rum (thanks mookie!) and drink that by the pitcher in the summer
not really a smoothie

Vanilla Yogurt, Strawberries, Grand Marnier. Ice. Mmmmm
(ps..I HATE the word "smoothie"..something about the dorky way your mouth looks when you actually say it. I have a sister in law that actually accentuates the "moo" part to smOOOOOOthie..gawd I want to scream every time she says it..Now go look in the mirror and say SMOOTHIE and see how goofy you look)

What's a smoothie machine? I used to use a blender.

A blender with a spout.

A blender with a spout.
Yeah...the blades are made for chopping ice cubes better too. Whenever I used to use a blender...I'd always have huge ice chunks floating on top of my drink.
