View Full Version : Death of a playlist
With the loss of my hard drive, my 18 month old Winamp playlist is no more. I still have the music, but the playlist is gone.
I *loved* that playlist. :neartears

Sorry dude.. How many songs were on it? Can it be recreated more or less?
Hope you get something back.. No way it can be pulled off the dead one, huh? GL.

Almost 600. I picked various sections of it to play, depending on my mood. It just fit really well...
In time I can make a new one that I'll like, but nothing can replace my old one.

Aww, that sucks. My husband loves to format our computer so I lose my playlists on a constant basis. The first couple of times he's done that it pissed me off. Now I'm used to it. But it still sucks.

...have you considered backing it up every now and then?
Save ya a lot of trouble every time...

I have redundant backups of much of my stuff. Not backing up this other stuff was just dumb.
