70 bucks after a $20 IR, and then a $30 mail-in rebate from Antec (although it appears to be exclusive to the ones bought at CompUSA) I've been looking at this case for a while and $40 is the best price so far despite the rebate. You can get it in store or get it online through the link. It includes no PSU so beware.
It's $77.50+$16 shipping at Newegg so this is an excellent price!
