do you ever remember making a New Year's resolution and keeping it?

so far, i am doing well with the one i've made, but the year is only 5 DAYS OLD, too. :P

I made a new year's resolution not to eat brussel sprouts a couple of years ago and I still haven't eaten any. :P That is the best I have done. :)

i rarely make resolutions, but when i do, i keep them. one year, it was no more nailbiting... i was like 9 or so. haven't bitten them since. i know there were a couple of others... oh, one was the switch from regular to diet soda. i have a regular soda about twice a year since that one.

I have given up on the year long resolutions cause there is no goal in sight. I make a couple resolutions for my bday which is a couple months into the year so that way its a closer goal that feels more attainable. And if i make it, then i look at it and see if its something i want to continue for a few more months or longer. Last bday i planned to dunk by this bday. Then i forgot till new years... So i've got like 45 days to get my butt in mad shape.

And I decided I'd make it my new year resolution to not store useless **** that I may sometime... possibly... just maybe.. but not-sure-if-I-ever-will need. I've kept it pretty well. People who gave me cards for Birthday / Christmas and stuff seemed a bit peeved when I immediately through it in the trash after reading it though :D.
