Office area manners

I'm stuck in the office today, as you can see. I can hear the body shop manager in his office slamming the phone and books around because he can’t handle the pressure I guess. I had to put up with him the two weeks leading up to Christmas because we had to work a half day that day, I'm like, it's not like Friday was a national holiday or anything. I felt like saying to him "if you did your job and got the cars done maybe we wouldn’t be here" the guy is a cry baby for sure, LOL. Thank gawd he left for a couple of hours today to get his hair and nails done...
