Right now, in teh catalyst control panel, it tells me that my AGP speed is a 0x. Which shouldn't be happening. I'm really sure that in the BIOS that the speed should be set at 8x. Does anyone have any ideas why it would be doing that?

have you noticed any performance changes? If it really is saying 0x AGP, then either you have it plugged into a pci port somehow, or the card is bad, either way the card is or will go bad soon. However, this is highly unlikely.
if you've not noticed any performance changes, then it's not really a problem, the solution would be to either upgrade or revert back to a different driver set. Sometimes the newer versions are buggy, and make things worse. (i find this generally the case)
good luck

What version of the control panel / drivers?

I got them straight off the ATI website...so they should be the latest ones.
It looks like on the site it says Catalyst 4.12
But....on my version, the one I found in the help, it says version 1.0.1796.585
So does that mean I have the first catalyst version?
I'm downloading 3dmark 2005 right now so that I can compare with other people.

first off...you don't use the catalyst control panel...it sucks....I use windows advanced settings, and screw around there...I've given up on the control panel

Hmmmm....Direct X Diagnostics tells me that AGP texture acceleration is not available...does that mean that it's AGP is at 0x?

Ok...just tried to run 3dmark.
It didn't even finish. I was getting 12fps - 0fps. I'm thinking that this is not correct. Maybe it is....downloading 3dmark 2003 now.
