I dunno, whenever you praise something it sounds like you are bragging. I really like my bed; very soft; very warm.

i try to write thank you notes to the guys that sort of work for me.

it just wrote this one yesterday....

Bob,
I have interviewed 6 of my largest customers in the last three months to determine the level of customer service we've provided. Without exception, they have spoken very highly of you and the service you provide. They have not been made to feel like a small OEM and really appreciate the time and attention you have given them. In fact, Company X said in terms of delivery and scheduling accuracy, XXX is the company they want other vendors to emulate.

I really appreciate the effort you make to take care of my customers. You've made me, XXX, and the rest of XXX look good!

I'm very glad that THO's family, and especially her sisters, have accepted me so readily. It's made this uprooting of mine much more bearable.

i can really praise the baked ziti pizza at pinnacle pizza. i can also really praise the cheese sticks i got from damon's in the columbus airport while waiting for my flight tuesday night.

i also can praise a trader who was supposed to complete a referral for me and after it was not credited properly, filled out five forms until they finally gave her credit.

like infinitenothing, i can also praise my bed. i like it so much that i spent 12 hours in it last night.

oh, i can also praise the new season of alias, which got off to a kick-ass start last night.

is that enough?

somethign i appreciate?...

simple.

Memories. I love memories. I thank people sometimes for the memories. I cant tell you how many times i've thanked the girl i took to dallas for the good memories (on may different occasions) It doesnt have to be anything all that special, just something that you found yourself enjoying (like walking through a haunted house with her or something).

I believe that w/o good memories, life is less fullfilling, and also that people get taken for granted and if someone thanks them for something as simple as a memory, then maybe it'll make them just a tiny bit happier, and they'll have a good memory too.

Theres all kinds of other things i can praise too... like my poor little bike... i ragg the sh!t out of her on a daily / weekly basis... 30k miles and no tuneup, i even killed 2nd gear in her but she just keeps on truckin'... no other little 600 has been able to make me as happy as she has. I've ridden dozens of friends bikes, but theres just nothing quite the same as MY bike. I cant make anyone elses bike power wheelie out of the middle of a turn like my bike will. Its just not the same.

and my poor car... OMG. Damn is she tough. I hang the tail out every 3rd corner, see 125mph 3 times a week, run her up to the limiter on half of my shifts, drive her over curbs now and then avoiding people trying to run into me, and after 200k miles and counting, she hasnt failed me once.

OR how about a friend... my bartender friend. She always does me right - never steered me in the wrong direction yet. I should listen to her more often. Shes always right about all my girlfriends, and i never want to listen to her, but now i think i will. She's given me more good advice in 2 years than my parents probably ever did before i moved out when i was 20. I'm incredibly blessed to have such a wonderfull person watching out for me.

What does relentless mean?

What does relentless mean?
Unyielding in severity or strictness; unrelenting: relentless persecution.
Steady and persistent; unremitting: the relentless beat of the drums

As for me, I praise the people who created Vicodin extra strength! :naughty:

Michael Schumacher. 10 million bucks to the charities for the tsunami. I definitely thought that was a great move by him - his bodyguard apparently died from it.

Would that be with Madame Palm and her 5 Ugly Sisters?

Recently, yes.

Hell, who am I kidding? Even when it wasn't JUST with her, I was always cheating on whoever I was with. Ms. Palm just knows what I like, what can I say?

And besides, I happen to think her sisters aren't bad. They stay well-groomed, at least. :)

FYI
humanities
The languages and literatures of ancient Greece and Rome; the classics.

Those branches of knowledge, such as philosophy, literature, and art, that are concerned with human thought and culture; the liberal arts.

I appreciate an open window early in the morning on a nice spring day. I appreciate my friend who has been my BEST friend since we were 8 years old...we have grown up and older together-and so have our kids (whom are all now best friends as well)..We've gone from holding hands and skipping down the street to the park as girls, through silly crushes, broken hearts, marriages, childbirths and death, mammograms, cancer scares, and surgeries..we've fought, laughed, and cried together...our conversations that used to be about paper dolls and boys have now gone to endoscopies, grey hair and wierd tonails..and I wouldn't change a thing..

Hell I appreciate just getting my butt out of bed everyday with air in my lungs..

Life itself is something to praise. In spite of disease, sickness, disappointments, heartache and eventual death, most of us cherish it.

Friendships, variety, awareness and fulfillment of our senses, pets, the beauty of nature....... I could go on forever.

And in the next life...It will be beyond anything we can imagine.
"But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither has entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him."
