Yeah, naked toddlers is not a big deal. It's more like an "Awww, cute" kinda thing. They've had naked baby bottoms on U.S. TV commercials before advertising diapers, baby oil, and other related products.

Some places require all to be nude at certain times. This is good because there are some hotties who get their full body tans at that time. It is bad because a lot of old people like to get full body tans also (think cottage cheese baking in the sun):puke:

1. that kid was no older than 3 MAX.
2. from that angle you could show a grown person on tv and not have a problem.
3. in germany, nudity isn't that big of a deal
