This is a decent place to get tires, I've compared our warehouse prices to the cost of the tire plus shipping and they are about the same.

They ship out of NY, so I assume the closer you are the cheaper it is.

May also want to check tires.com and tirerack.com. For my tires, tirerack is actually almost exactly 1/2 the price of tiresavings. :)

Tires.com has free shipping but prices are little higher than tirerack.com. I ended up buying my replacment tires at tirerack.com.

I bought my Bridgestone S-03 from Costco when there was a $80 off coupon. The price includes installation, dumping the old tires and free rotation. After adding those numbers, I switched from tirerack to Costco. It's a lot less hassle and the price diff. is minimum. Their price is surprisingly quite decent.

I still prefer the warranty service by Discount Tire (www.discounttire.com) :thumb:

Can they even deliver by fedex or ups? Sounds like a hassle.

I've bought tires four times from The Tire Rack. No complaints at all.

I used tirerack twice and they were both shipped by UPS.

Wow, I didn't even know Costco had S03's and Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's. If only they carried Pirelli P-Zero Corsa's.

Yep. I was quite surprised to find out that Costco carried S-03 for 245/40/19 and 275/35/19. :)

Apex, have you checked that those can be special ordered? It seems like Costco can get ahold of most tires from almost all manufacturers - I could have sworn that the last time I was at their tire shop I saw some Pirellis, meaning that they carry the brand. They should be able to tell you of availability and cost.

Hmm, that may be something I need to look into. 60 Treadwear = lots of replacement necessary.

Sams club has 3 months of no payments for any item purchased over 250 dollars, just last month it was 6 months of no payments. Tires count as one purchase.

Great deal for me

I've used tirerack a couple times now, and got them installed locally for 20 bucks for each tire. I can't complain. the selection and price are just unbeatable.

I have ordered tires twice from tirerack and I have never had any problems. Discount tire direct is good too from what I have heard and they have an awesome road hazard warranty included in their price.

i used discounttire.com once, and was very happy with them. got a great price on the tires, had them shipped to my local discount tire (which meant i paid no shipping), and then got them installed for a fairly low price.

of course, this means that the idiots at discount tire who are notorious for torquing off the lugs were working on my car, but it all turned out ok.

You can use http://www.discounttiredirect.com to avoid the road hazard and all that stuff.
