Outpost has Kingston 1GB PC3200 Dual Channel RAM for only $99.99 after rebate. Just look over here (http://shop3.outpost.com/product/3956148) . Cheapest I've seen in a while, especially for dual-channel RAM.

That is a very nice price for a 1GB stick.

side question:

If I'm not going to overclock the system, will I notice the difference between CL3 and CL2.5? TIA.

A difference in CL levels will only make a minor difference. You shouldn't notice any difference.

It's actually two sticks. Its better that way so you can get the benefit of dual channel support. (If your motherboard supports it, that is)

Unfortunately, it looks like Outpost has already raised the price by $10.
