and a followup question.. you said it comes with an extended battery... does this mean it comes with both the regular battery and an extended, or just the extended?

I never got a tripod for it,
and the camera comes with the regular batter and an extended life battery as well

no, I've been trying to get a digital camera from my friend and she just brought it over last night, so I'll get pics of it and post em after work today

You also said it may still have a warranty with it.. whats the final word on that? Also, how long ago did you purchase it?

All my paperwork is at home, so I'll let you know at approx 5:30.
I bought it about a year and some months ago, and I bought a 3 year warranty.

can't find warranty paperwork, called pc richards and son to ask if they could re-print it and they told me it's not transferable anyway

hmm.. did it come with any warranty from Sony or anything? it should say somewhere in the manual

yeah, it's a one year warranty from Sony from time of purchase.

It's included in the paperwork in the picture along with other offers from Sony and the instruction manual
