I did, in fact, send a Private Message to KIISQueen first. However, not everyone checks their PMs and the flashy images continued, so I posted the message on the forum to make sure it was received.

We need everyone to post personal messages through the PM system because this is such a large thread and it can become overly bloated. Also, not everyone wants to wade through something else's conversation.

As for the flashy images, that's a toss up for me. Once in a while is fine, but if it's up all the time, I can see how that can get annoying. Please remember that not everyone is on broadband. Images, especially animated gifs, take up a lot of bandwidth. Another issue is that a lot of people check these forums at work and they would like to keep their monitor screens as low profile as possible.

I'm not here to spoil anyone's fun, but try to be considerate to everyone. This goes for both sides of the argument. Take care, and I hope you all win many prizes.

Easy now Keynona. KIISQueen wasn't on probation until late this afternoon. She chose to ignore the moderator's warning and then got her post "snipped" by them. This forum belongs to the folks who host it and they get to set the rules. We can either obey them or not, it's our choice. Folks on other boards have been given "timeouts" and most come back and follow the rules.
KIISQueen's probation has nothing to do with other members of this forum "hating" nor does it mean that we don't appreciate the entries she's posted, it is about following the forum management's rules.
