Screening calls

I'm stuck in the office again today. So the phone is ringing off the hook, asking for this person that person. I page them, and they want to know "who is it", "what do they want", I'm like ask them yourself, I'm friggin busy. I can hear the body shop manager telling people that the boss is on vacation, well of course they don't believe him, they just call back again later. :angry:

When I answer the phone, I screen calls hardcore. Who is it, who do they want to talk to, in reguards to what job (if applicable), and then I let them know that I will get their number and if the person has a free monet they will be called back. If it is their spouse/ kid/ or Signifigant other, I of course skip 20 questions.

I don't. At first I didn't mind, because it kept me busy the whole day. Now I realize I cant work with this guy in the office. My views on how things should be done are far from what they are doing now. I could go on but I don't want to get aggravated...
