I'm making chicken and noodles (homemade!) served over mashed potatoes, and homemade rolls.

I can't validate putting a lot of effort into a 1-person meal

..anyway..oh yeh, um..I'm having Lentil soup and homemade bread and maybe I'll be real adventurous and make a salad.
