on the way home and noticing that no one is there, and just happening to have my iceskates with me...
and it's about 32 degrees out and the sun is shining, just perfect for iceskating.
so, i am out there catching a quick 10 minutes of skating all by myself and singing out loud: "when the moon hits your eye like a big pizza-pie, that's... amore..."

yes, life is that good. :thumbup:

I was gonna say. I was about to roller blade around and then surf... And its 82... awww
But your day still sounds really nice if you like that kind of thing.

Yay for you :) I somehow envision myself doing the same thing when I'm your age ;)

I, of course, went bowling tonight -- getting older too fast!

haha! that must be an upstate thing-carrying skates with you in the winter..I always did, and the kids always had theirs handy as well..I gotta tell ya though Nickel, while skating is great-nothing beats skating on a frozen lake, surrounded by snow covered pines and houses that have roaring fires going so you can smell them all the way across the county..we always used to get a nice bonfire going shoreside so that the kids could warm their butts up if they got too cold...and mmmmm pancakes,sausage and hot cocoa after an hour or two of intense skating is awesome!
