This week at CC or Target, the game is only $37.99. There is also a $5 off for this game at Target but I have to find the link to that coupon. You can get this game for $17.99 or $12.99 plus tax.

That's a heck of a deal if you even remotely liked Street 1. I bought Street 2 for $40 a while back and I definitely think it was worth it even at that price.

Should have read reviews then nuke. It's good but not much better than 1. As someone who loved 1 but never bought it, it's a great game even at $40. At $15 you can't really complain. For $15 what can you get? A used copy of Future Tactics?
