Then I doubt you will find it here...

There are people on the Verizon section of that site who helped out a quiet a few people with their accounts. I assume the T-Mobile section is the same.

We have been using T-Mobil for several years. Thier bill (IMO) is not hard to decipher. If you are having a problem in understanding your bill, why not call T-Mobil customer service. They have always been very nice and very helpful for us.
