a lot of times you won't get your samples. when a company first puts the offer out there they may get 50-100 requests/day. then, someone like us finds it and posts it on a site like this which then gets posted on other sites. their requests go from 100 to thousands and they can't cover it so only the ones who requested samples in the first few days will get something.

I did get this deck of cards a minute after I typed the above statement.
