I am reposting one of my previous posts about a referral system. They pay you to listen to internet radio and allow up to 4 levels. You can earn up to $8 for each referral in your first level and up to $4 for each referral in the next 3 levels. Because the payment system has not been implemented yet, they are giving away CDs for listening to the radio. But what they don't tell you up front is that they give you the CDs in the form of Amazon.com $15 gift certificates! I believe that the rate has been 1 cd for every 10 hours of listening, up to 3 cds per month since Febuary. They also claimed to have sent out the Febuary CDs. I've already earned 3 $15 gift certificates for April and I am currently working on May.

Also there is a new free service out there that seems pretty promising. It has a database of all the pay for referrals/surf schemes out there. What's interesting is that they promote a forced matrix which supposedly creates downlines for you. You may or may not want to check this out.
