I'm thinking of selling my old laptop, because the only time I have used it in the past year since i got my new one is when i want internet in the basement (which is rare anyways) Its a thin and light notebook, only 1.2" thick, and i have 3 batteries for it (I know for sure that one lasts over 3 hours watching a DVD, so closer to 4 without) I have the origional restore discs with Win98 SE on them, or I can include a copy of XP Pro SP2 (Will be using a LEGAL School ID)

Compaq Armada M700
Pentium 2 400MHz, 256kb L2 cache
288MB PC100 SDRAM (2x 128MB + 32MB intagrated)
10GB 4200RPM IDE
8x/24x DVD-ROM
8MB DEDICATED ATI Rage mobility M1 (I can play the Sims, Warcraft 3, the origional UT, and CS on it just fine)
14.1" 1024x768 LCD
3x Batteries
10/100 & 56k
2 PCMCIA
A/C adapter
Win98SE or XP Pro SP2
External floppy
Stero Speakers

Ports: 1x USB1.1, Parallel, 1x Mic, 1x Audio out, VGA Out, 4mb IrDA, Serial, PS/2, Dock connector, Component out

NOTE on the LCD - There are no dead pixels on it, although there is 2 small scratches.

For $10 more i can include a Netgear PCMCIA 802.11b card model MA401
I am hopefully looking around 200$

Can it boot up from bios by itself? In the power management of bios, can I setup a time for it boot up?

There is a paralell and serial port on the back
