there is a new pay2surf provider (well...there is a new one every other day anyway), but this one seems as if they are going to be paying out a LOT of money. Their predicted launch date is May 15th, and the pay-out rates are awesome. The minimum that they advertise paying is $20, yes $20, per HOUR! They claim that some of their ads will go up to $120 per hour, but i don't know how much i trust them on that one. The only downfall is that they pay you, not to surf the web with a little bar, but they take up your entire monitor with advertisements. I don't know about you, but I don't get paid 20 bucks an hour at my job, so I'm willing to try this one out for a while. To sign up, follow this link: http://www.bepaid.com/users.rhtml?REFID=10610317

as you can tell from the link, my referral ID is 10610317, so please sign up under me. They kick down 13% for direct referrals and 7% for second tier referrals. Enjoy.

i find it funny how all of the people started posting about bepaid.com after i put this one up. I think that maybe they should present it realistically. Bepaid pays from 20 to 120, not just 120 even. Well, please use me as your referrer. Thank you. (please please please)

Gotta keep this one in perspective... Everybody posting this deal around the Net quotes the company's figures of a rate anywhere from $20 per hour to as much as $120 per hour. While that's technically true, it ain't gonna work out to be $20/hr. in practice--at least not as any experienced Paid-2er's think of it.

What they do is give you a little "remote-communicator" type app that floats on your desktop and allows their system to message you. When there is an ad available for viewing, it notifies you and you have the choice to open the ad and view it or not. Ads run from 5 to 30-seconds. At a rate of $20+ per hour, that means you'd be paid 16 cents+ to view a 30-second ad.

The catch is that they aren't going to be feeding you ads one after the other. They'll only notify you of a potential ad to view as they have them from advertisers (and then only the users who match the demographics specified by the advertiser.) They don't state or imply that you'll ever actually be able to earn $20 in any one hour. In fact, they imply that it will be substantially less when they disclose in their faq that "You get paid each month when your account exceeds $20. Your check will be sent to you by mail. If your compensation was under $20, it will be transferred to the next month and added to your total." Right...how many of us WON'T earn $20 in a month if the minimum pay rate is $20 per hour? Actually, my bet is that most people won't earn $20 their first month (until you factor in the referrals) simply because they won't be fed enough ads to earn that much.

Here's the scenario I expect (sort of like Jackpot): The first few weeks, having had several months to build up an inventory of advertisers, I guess that they'll probably feed the typical user 4 to 5 ads per day. After that, as the the built-up inventory gets depleted and the user-base continues to increase, they'll become dependant on continually having to sell more and more ad-inventory just to maintain a decent number of ad feeds. Since almost every "paid2" program has hit a crunch after the first month and since they promo "$20 PLUS" per hour, my bet is that their user-base will outstrip their inventory quicker than the average program.

In other words, even if they only sent you one ad in a month (not that I expect it to go that low!) and if they paid you 16 cents to look at it, they could still honestly claim that their pay rate was "$20 per hour"...even though you only earned 16 cents.

Don't get me wrong, I signed up with this program myself back in December last year whrn they first started recruiting (no, they aren't by any stretch a "new" company,) and I hope they do well. It's a nice concept because you don't have to put up with an ad-bar and it will run in conjunction with other paid-2's. But I think that they're shooting themselves in the foot when they shout about "$20 to $120 per hour." It's only going to mean that a lot of users wind-up being disgruntled and dropping BePaid when they realize that they aren't raking in dough. Go ahead and sign-up, it can't hurt...just keep your expectations realistic!

thanks for the explanation; i wanted to give an explanation last time, but my girl friend arrived (from san diego in los angeles), so i was packing up to head south with her and didn't have enough time (or even that much info) to pound it out. Once again, thanks.
