I tried the INGdirect.com site recommended by gotapex and currently receiving 2.60%. Today I found another company called Emigrant direct. The webite is www.emigrantdirect.com paying 3.0% on savings. Everything seems to be the same as ING but check it out for yourself.

Fine company, fine service, highest interest rate I've found for regular savings and higher than almost all CDs and money market. They've been around a long time (80 years or so?) Account was easy to set up - just like ING and transfering funds just like all the rest. I have not found the site to be slow. No minimum balance, no fees.
