Dad had chestpains at work so they rushed him to the hospital. Not sure yet whats going on. Being 2k mi from this is a benefit and a definite disadvantage at the same time.
My computer blew up this morning if you read the hardware forum.
I have a huge headache.
Can't get work done at work because the phones aren't working and my stupid query took for the database blows Yak wang.
Yay for hump day

The commute today was worse than usual for me. why? Because there was an accident in the other direction. Atlanta: city of rubberneckers. Because everyone have to get a good look at the broken pick up truck it took me and extra 20 minutes to get in this morning. I can sorta understand traffic being bad if there is a legitimate reason, but horrendous because of gawkers? Angers me a lot.

Hope things turn out OK for your Dad, LK.
Atlanta: city of rubberneckers.
Trust me - Atlanta by no means has the corner on the rubbernecking market.
As an aside, to win a local newsradio quiz recently a caller had to name something like 5 of the 7 mortal sins. When the announcer read the answer, he added an 8th: people who slow down to gape at accidents. :heh:

I hope today is better for you both, and LK, I hope your dad is ok.

Well, as far as we know it wasn't a heart attack. They think his stent may have kinked or something, they are holding him for a few days to run tests.
Computer: Mobo is wasted, RMA'd now. Trying to install windows on a pure scsi setup blows.

They found he has a defect, they aren't sure what kind, whether its the heart of the stent.
On an even better note, my dog is going to be put down next week. 11 year old extremely lovable Dobberman. She has some type of degenerative spinal issue and cannot walk now, its time to let her go.
