It may seem like more of you are missing credit, but it is no more than in the past. On average we get $22 per completed referral. If you multiply that by 5 referrals and yourself that is $132. This is for the lowest gift option worth $300. If we don't get credit from the advertiser, we don't get paid. If we start giving every missing credit complaint credit, then you take that $132 and drop it even lower. When it comes down to it we cannot afford to do anything but wait until the advertiser pays us. We have tons of fraudulent claims as well. Trust us, we are just as frusterated as you about missing credit because we are losing money too. We are doing everything we can to get credit from the advertiser so we can get paid, and give you the credit you deserve.
To try and find a fix to this problem we emailed Search Cactus to see what can be done. During this week we are going to investigate each individual offer and figure out the reasons people may not be getting credit and work with Search Cactus and the advertiser to get you credit.
First off, if you have done Netflix and have not received credit it is because you didn't complete the Netflix Platinum offer.
Second, we are going to start by looking into people who have not received credit for Petchews. What I need you guys to do is forward me your order confirmation from petchews to [email protected] I am just going to take all these emails and group them up and send them to Search Cactus so they can look into them.
Last, do not email your missing credit to [email protected] if you are missing credit from anything other than Petchews. We are doing this offer by offer and will get to all of them.
