New Coupon/Message Board/Deal Site

Just found a cool new coupon site http://www.hothotdeals.com Worth checking out over the last week they've updated it a lot and just recently added a message board. Worth the click to checkout.

i checked out the site, it seems like they are still building it up....i like http://www.fatwallet.com they have that scrolling marqee that's cool....and another site that i frequent is http://paidtosleep.homepage.com they update it everyday with a bunch of deals...it doesn''t look like it will ever be a gotapex...but hey it's seems like a good 2nd placer....
BTW...ii registereed once and this is like my 5th post, but i had to register again when i went to reply...do you have to post every certain number of days, or else....or what...?

I had that happen as well, I think its just something related to the server change Apex recently underwent. In any case, it only happened to me the one time when I had first signed on, and it hasn't bothered me since...

On an unrelated note, it appears that I'm eternally stuck at 6 posts, so I'll never get to earn my super-deluxe badge of courage for 10 posts http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/frown.gif

Mike Lee, isn't your post just a plug for your own site?
I see nothing cool with that site whatsoever, all "deals" are through click-brokers (bfast.com, clicksynergy.com)and I feel the entire site is nothing more than a way to make money for its owner.
On another note, I feel gotapex has been moving in the same diresction, 90% of all deals are with companies that are listed with click/commision-brokers...

Why the hell are you plugging other deals sites on here?!I think that it is an insult to Apex and an insult to all of us FAITHFUL members who contribute to this site.

Is it just me or has the board got a little out of control the last couple of days? Lots of referrals and spam and people whining about people not giving their sources for deals... man, we need a moderator.

If you wanna plug another deals site that isn't anything but a referral thing for the owner, post it up in the Referrals/SPAM forum. That's what it's there for.

As for the moderator situation, we need one to cut down on the whining and complaining and making new users feel bad. We need someone who reads every post (like me) and has all the free time in the world (like me). I'm not trying to say anything here http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif but I think we need a moderator who's laid-back like Apex...just someone who has more time.

wow, taking a look at hotdeals.com reminds me of something...gotapex! mercata, staples, pets.com, cyberrebate...its almost an exact replica of gotapex. i feel i must stay loyal and stick with gotapex. besides with gotapex you get tech support (ie. help with cyberrebate.com) and i gotta love the people who are a part of it. i feel like i know them already.
