This is the best price I've ever seen on these. I went out and got the last two at my local RadioShack.
You can also turn these drives into an MP3 Player with the Cruzer Micro MP3 Companion.
Cruzer Micro MP3 Companion @ ZipZoomFly for $49 w free 2nd day shipping. (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=384001)
If anybody can find a really good deal on the MP3 Companion, please post it! I'd like to make one of these drives into an MP3 birthday gift in the next few weeks.

Well worth the $$$. Staples had them for $25 AR a few months back; I picked mine up then and have been loving it ever since.
I figured it would just have play, track forward and reverse, and volume. But it also has built in EQ's, different play modes, folders to store your tunes...cool item overall. $50 may be a bit steep, but $35 and under and you've got a winner.

dont forget the cruzer micro addon, that turns it into a mp3 player is only 30 or something, so you have a 512 player for 40 :)

Awesome deal! I went to my local radioshack after confirming it was in stock. I got there and all they had was the $39.99 sale sign but nothing about the rebates. The worker was lazy and complained he was tired, but he went to the back to ask the manager. Both said it only had a $10 rebate. I figured i would just print out the $20 rebate online, but then when i bought it both rebates printed with my receipt.
Around $42 after tax, so it will be a $12 512mb flash drive. It's very small in size and lights up blue, which is kinda nice.I didn't fill out the rebates in caps and after I realized it said 'please print in caps.' (I'm hoping that won't matter). Thanks for posting the deal.

The store I went through was sold out, but offered to ship it at no charge. I couldn't refuse!
The sales rep also printed both $10 and $20 rebates forms. :thumb:
Thanks for the post!!!

Local store was out but they will ship it no charge. They gave me the receipt with today's date of purchase and I should see it on Tuesday. I never would have thought of Radio Shack.

I just saw another forum that pointed out that there's a $10 off $40 coupon in the Entertainment Book. If I'm in the area, I may return and then re-buy the drive (plus a very small item). One rebate is good through 3/15 and the other is good through 3/19, so you still have a couple of days to do this before the rebates expire.

There is no link to the coupon. The coupon is in the Entertainment® coupon book, often touted on the main deals page. The Entertainment® book can save you a bundle of money. They’re available for most major cities. If you’re not familiar with it, here’s a link to their site:

The Radio Shack web site showed the Cruzer as being in stock at a store near my work, but when I got there they didn't have any. (Their system in the store even showed it as being available, but they weren't.) The guy offered to order it (delivery to my home, no shipping), so I took him up on it (since I would be paying at the store and thus have the receipt dated today). His system didn't print off any rebate forms, but I've downloaded them from the links that passwird :passwird: provided at the top of the thread.
Now I might let Nate have one of my 128MB (USB 1.1) drives for his "own". ;)

boy, I though I was smart. I bought the last one at my store and it was an open box that Radio Shack repackaged. they sold it to me for a few bucks off.. printed the rebate form and everything.. bummer is where its open box they packaged it in their own little pcakage so I dont have the UPC !!!
I noticed that you can just use a copy of the UPC. So do any of you have a scan of the UPC i can have ????
