Why doesn't BMW eliminate the dorsel fin?

I know it's a satellite radio/navi thing..but my TL has the same stuff and it's much more subdued looking.

yes, the previous ones did look that bad, and this one isn't much different. still not all that nice looking in the back, imo.

I still don't like it, but you had to admit a chrome strip across the back is infinitely better than a plastic one.

Still fugly. :puke: Style wise BWM's and MB's and Volvo look BAD, IMO.

ive always liked the look of the 7 (even after the original redesign in like 2001 or so) and i think it only just got better ;)

The last Bangled style was ugly. Yes, I know Bangle wasn't the guy who actually did the designing, but I can't remember how to pronounce or spell the guy who did.

I'm just glad they didn't jack up the 3 series this year. It actually looks like a modest improvement on the e46, and not a baby Bangled 7 series. Improving the e46 was probably a tough enough job, except for adding some more horses.
