I got mine the very next day in my account -- did you launch up your stamps.com program? If you don't have the $50 credit showing up, I'd call them! They're pretty nice ... and it'd be strange if you only got the scale!

Unfortunately, considering this is USPS approved, stamps.com is a US postage service. Perhaps the Canadian postal system is working on the same thing...
