okay, back in the day, you could pick a category, sort by price, and get all the cheapest toys (or books, or whatever) in order... and it doesn't work any more, which drives me nuts.
but, there is at least one thing you can do... search for "dover thrift edition" in books. hundreds of classics for $1 - $3.00 (most are $1 or $1.50.) even if you don't read, you can save em up for stocking stuffers. i'm gonna go read my ts eliot now...
