600m replacement LCD?

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement SXGA LCD for a Dell 600m laptop? It's no longer under warranty :(

I’ve looked on Ebay and found an Ebay Store where you send your whole laptop to them and they replace it for $300. Is that a good deal?
