Cool, thanks for the link,

Does anyone know if the Roady has a recorder feature where u can record the programing to be played back later. Kind of like a DVR / PVR?

No, the Roady 2 does not have that. The MyFi has a 5+ hour record ability. The SkyFi has a pause/rewind feature also.

Boy, this has been a tough promotion. I am bumping this forward to warn anyone that is looking at the IPod deal that's running currently.

I purchased two pair of pants and a pair of Dockers shoes at my local store for the before-tax sum of 117.47.

This promotion is administered by The Express Group. They rejected my submission giving the reason as:
"Incorrect or insufficient product(s) purchased for this rebate offer".

I spoke to The Express Group, faxed my receipt to them, and, after review, I am still rejected. Evidently, the shoes are a "grey area". The promotion conditions specify "leather goods" as being eligible, but does not specifically mention shoes as being either eligible or ineligible.

I emailed JCPenney through their website yesterday politely explaining my displeasure with the situation, and got a prompt telephone message from one of their customer service reps this morning. (I was in a meeting when the call came in)

In short, they agree that I should have my submission fulfilled and are taking my request for fulfillment to Dockers (who evidently has the final word). We'll see what happens.

I'll post the final outcome for anyone who may be interested.

I just got an email from an account rep at Dockers, and they are going to honor my submission.
