View Full Version : What GPS software do you use (or is good)?
MS Streets and Trips, I think it is, I've heard it's not stellar.
What software would you recommend?

map source by garmin is pretty nice. even if you dont have a gps device this is some interesting maping software
Oh, I was going to get a Garmin 18 Deluxe GPS as someone recommended, but the unit isn't compatible with some mapping software... I'd like to look into software/hardware that is pretty standardized...

i use routis and destinator for my PPC, used to use mapopolis but it's not that good

I use Microsoft Mappoint with AGPS add-in.

Delorme also makes some good USB GPS units... I have never used one but heard it was good. DONT GET THE MICROSOFT because some of the time it doesnt even point out the correct location. I would recommend a Garmin GPS 18
