Hey, quick question, for the Jack sticker stop (for Sea World Party passes), do you have to have a Jack bumper sticker on your car to get the tickets or just let them put a sticker on your car?

The Fair tickets were up at like 9 a.m. but are now gone!

Hey, quick question, for the Jack sticker stop (for Sea World Party passes), do you have to have a Jack bumper sticker on your car to get the tickets or just let them put a sticker on your car?

I went to a Star Sticker stop a couple of years ago just to get a 500 point code, and it was crazy! When I was there, they snaked close to 200 cars through the UTC parking lot next to Sears. It took about 20 minutes to get through it all (half the time was spent in the "parking lot" on the street to get in there).

Anyway, they slapped a sticker on the car and threw an envelope into the car that contained more stickers and the bonus code...and I think there was a coupon for a JnJ bobble head as well that I never redeemed. A buddy that already had a sticker on his car got the same treatment.

Hope that helps.

"KFMB Station’s Vice President, General Manager, and Program Director, Tracy Johnson appoints Jeanette Graham as the new Music Director for 100.7 Jack FM.

Johnson, who had also been wearing the Music Director’s hat for the past two years announces this move with a great deal of pride, excitement and relief: “Jeanette has demonstrated a tremendous ear for music, great feel for the format and a keen sense of what it takes to deliver entertainment to the audience on Jack. For the past few months, she has learned the systems and structure of what it takes to program one of the most complex and exciting formats ever!”

Graham began her career at KFMB as an intern in 2001 and worked her way through several positions. “I couldn’t be more thrilled for this opportunity to share my passion for music. Graham adds, “Aside from working collectively with some of the industry’s best, the momentum of this new music format adds a whole new level of excitement. It’s overwhelming and exhilarating at the same time!”"

Probably the biggest job for management at any station is the selling of ads. The more senior management can push off to subordinates, the more time can be devoted to selling ad space....what they would say is their most important job.

Is anyone going to the event at the Fabric Store on Miramar Rd from 12-2 today? They are supposed to have a word worth big points. If I didn't have to work till 3 in Old Town I'd go.
I asked at the Sea World if there was a word for that and they said no.
I asked when our afternoon DJ's would be back so we could get traffic updates and stuff & I was told between July & September. There was supposed to be an announcement made at one of the shows the girl at the booth told me, I went to both shows & there wasn't an announcement at either one.
So I guess they aren't very organzied or something.

I know i am not the only one who has noticed this but;

You never seem to answer when asked about your confirmations..
you log on and confirm codes in 6-7 forums at once..
it really appears like you are just entering codes from here or FW and posting confirms most of the time.

I can tell you how it used to work a couple of years ago with Star, and I would assume this hasn't changed. The Freeloader of the Day (FOD) from days past (comparable to the Jack VIP today) had to call into the station to get a special code. I understand they'd confirm who you are by asking a couple of questions like home address and email address registered in the system. After they were satisfied, they'd give out a code similar to S8EI399, and the FOD would enter this into the system. This code was worth 10,000 points.

So entering a name, whether it's Lori Sorenson or Jack Spratt, will most likely get you nothing more than an invalid entry message.

sdgal

You don't get any points from entering the name of the VIP of the day (if it only was that easy!).

Whoever it is, must call in to claim their points.

having just read the :censored: :censored: :censored: this morning i would like to say that freebie is one of the most reliable participants on this forum. her postings and confirmations can always be trusted.

furthermore confirmations are an invaluable tool in this thread ... but only if they are really witnessed ... confirming that a code works is not valuable and can be misleading, however. if they bother you filter them out but i and a lot of others like them.

i'd rather see a dozen confirmations than all this meaningless bickering.

your rank on the forum is meaningless, and how one gets it is trivial.

CITRACAL PRIZE PACK
Cash in those JACK points to win a 3-month supply of Citracal® along with a 3-month gym membership to Bally's Total Fitness. Citracal® is made from calcium citrate; it's a calcium supplement that you can take any time of day because it is well absorbed whether you take it with or without food. Calcium is essential to build strong skeletons. Getting enough calcium in our diets can be critical for reducing the risk of developing osteoporosis, a disease that causes brittle, easily broken bones. Stress, busy lifestyles, health problems, even prescription medicines can increase our calcium needs. But it can be tough to get enough calcium from food. That's where Citracal® Ultradense® calcium citrate can bridge the gap.

Yes, I got the Legoland tics and there must be multiple sets because there are more up. I tried getting another set because there are 6 of us going but there is a limit of 1. Finally, the points have paid off for something.

I got them with my husband's points. If I hadn't depleted my own acct, I would have been able to get 2 sets. Dumped them into the jackpot last week.

If someone sees the family four pack of tickets to Movies Before the Mast come up and you do not want them, please, oh please, send me a PM?

I'd love to take my son and a couple of his buddies to this, but the entire ticket package (minus the requisite snacks) would be $33 and that's just WAY more than I could ever afford.

So, well, like I said, it's an odd request. :)

Not an odd request. I went to the Movies before the Mast on Star of India. It was pretty cool

Available for 52,000 points:

BTW, PurpleSpiral, no need to just post the times with the question, if someone knows the answer, we'll post it. We all know the question exists, ya know? :)

Dang that all came out wrong. :\ What I wanted to say was that it's just not needed because it's not like it's new or whatever. Ugh. That came out wrong too.

Never mind.
