So I've been sick for about a week. Started out as drainage and a really bad sore throat. Then got to coughing (cause of the drainage). If you remember, Josh had pinkeye a couple of weeks ago... the other day, my eye started getting red and stinging and suddenly was full of eye boogers. 2 nights ago, we started putting eye drops in (leftover from Josh). Last night, my right ear started hurting so badly that I was left in tears. It felt a bit stuffed up, then I woke up this morning and my right ear was better and left ear was stuffed up, so my hearing is dampened.
Went to the dr this morning and am glad I did. I was able to get there before they became a full-blown ear infection. So I got free samples of antibiotics to stop that from becoming a worse infection, meds to dry up all the drainage, further preventing the ears from a worse infection and a script for more eye drops (generic this time, not $60!) in case the leftovers from Josh run out before 5 more days. :)
So hopefully by Monday or Tuesday, I'll feel much better, thank goodness.
