MICHAEL Jackson’s defence lawyer Thomas Mesereau was snapped wearing a dog collar, T-shirt, boxer shorts and trainers at an S&M pyjama and lingerie party in Malibu, California.

Sexy brunette Tami Smith — clad in knee-length black boots, zip-up knickers and bra — collared Mesereau, 55, for the photograph.
