My left foot is vibrating

It started about two weeks ago. The right side of my left foot, about two inches below the talus, is vibrating every few seconds. It doesn't feel like a muscle spasm and it doesn't hurt. It feels like someone is lightly touching a vibrator (shut up Nija) against my skin. And it only does it when I'm sitting at my desk.

I wouldn't mess with this. It might turn out to be something very harmless but
I don't think you should take a chance. If nothing else I would call your m.d. to see what they think. Better safe than sorry. :)

I'd say go see a doc. The first thing that jumps to my mind is that when you're sitting at your desk, you're pinching your nerves somehow. Is there numbness that goes along with it?

switch chairs with someone. Your butt has worn a spot in the chair and you are now feeling the effect in your foot.

yea sounds like some kind of nerve damage. prolly no big deal now, but if you cant get it to stop, it could cuase permanent damage. i am not a doctor, but ive got alot of nerve damage and have been to the doctor many times for this. most doctors will take somthing like this real seriously and will want you to change your chair or sitting position.

maybe your foot is resting against the case of your computer and your computer has a fan that vibrates. forget going to the doctor, just move your foot man. :D
