Blech, heartburn

Marie Callendar's lasagne is nasty ****z. I had it for lunch and I still have horrid heartburn. And the lasagne is liquidy and really doesn't have that much flavor, etc.

Pepcid complete is the only thing that works for me when I've got heartburn.

You should stick to their salad bar. It is awesome. As to your heartburn it might be the sauce causing it. I have Esophegeal reflux and I can't eat anything with tomato based sauce. It kills. Too much acid. :puke: I use rolaids, they seem to do the trick. But if I eat chocolate nothing helps. Self control is an awesome thing. I might even try it some day! :)

And I don't normally get heartburn. Just happened to with this one. I love tomato based sauces. ;)

I'm surprised because most of MC's tv dinners are really good. Especially the chicken fried steak & her pot pies. But some times you do have to sacrifice taste for convenience. Luckily I love to cook so we do't do frozen very often. Except the pot pies, I buy them to eat when the old man is at the river because he doesn't think a chicken pot pie qualifies as dinner! :rolleyes: Hope you feel better. :)

Oooh, I do! Normally that's what I get. MC's were 50% off at the store the other day and that's what Scott grabbed for me. heh Never again, tho.

I like MC's alfredo chicken broccoli stuff. :)
