are there agencys that do this for me ? like find people who need places to rent ?

Yes, any real estate agent can either do it, or hook you up with someone who will. They can do as little as simply collect the rent, or as much as completely maintain the property. They will also handle getting qualified renters (check credit reports, references, etc.) But it'll cost ya...

Hey, that's what I do! I collect rents, arrange maint., evict deadbeats, and screen prospective tenants. We charge 10% of monthly rents collected.

I think if you have property you don't otherwise use, it'd be worth it. Shoot, charge enough and make back what you pay in mortgage, assuming the market allows you to charge that much.
